Energetic Dynamics: Feminine & Masculine

Class description:

This 4-hour workshop will teach you how to recognize the feminine & masculine dynamics that live within your body, the ways in which these energies interact with other bodies, and how to use your attention to find balance within the dynamics.

We will go over:

• Polarities

• Giving/Receiving

• Doing/Being

• Power of Conception

• Masculine Protects Feminine

• Feminine/Masculine Internal Marriage

Class will be limited to 20 participants.

The Space:

The class will take place in the wonderful AnaMorphic Studio of the OT301 complex. This is at the very top of the building, up 4 flights of stairs. (Overtoom 301, 1054 JL, Amsterdam)

The space has a beautiful bamboo floor, that we will be responsible for maintaining. There will be no chairs in the space, so please bring something comfortable to sit on, like a yoga mat/cushion/blanket. There is plenty of wall space to sit up against, but please come prepared to keep your body comfortable as we will be seated for a majority of the class.

There is a kitchenette in the space where you can store snacks and water bottles (there is a small refrigerator).

*We won't be able to eat or drink in the class space. At any point during the class, you may get up to grab a drink or use the restroom (food and drinks are allowed in the kitchen space).

What To Bring:

You will be provided papers that follow the workshop format. Please bring something to write with and something to take notes on if you prefer not to write on the class packet. There will be a small drawing section and if you would like your drawings to be in color, please bring colored pencils, markers, or whatever you would like to make your artwork your own. It’s always recommended to bring a water bottle and a snack if needed.

Cost:

This workshop will be €100 (VAT included).
