Energetic Basic Tools I

Class description:

This class will go over basic energetic tools to help regulate the body. We will help you to connect to and get a felt sense of ground, core, essence, and our auric edge (personal bubble boundary).

Ground is the connection to earth. Every electrical circuit needs a connection to the ground in order to mitigate surges in electricity. Our bodies are organic systems of electrical circuitry that also need a connection to the ground to both offload excess energy and charge through the connection to our planet.

The core of our body is our spine. The spine houses our central nervous system and supports the structure of the whole body. We will connect to our spine and notice its interconnectedness to every bone of the body.

Our essence is our unique vibrational signature. Our essence is synonymous with our soul. By connecting to the body's essence, we are able to attune the body to it's specific and accurate frequency. We will also notice frequencies in the body that don't match the essence and therefor don’t belong. We will go over techniques to fill the body up with essence and to cleanse the body of other energies.

By noticing the auric edge, one begins to understand the space they take up in the world. We will go over techniques to notice that edge, to notice the edge of other bodies, and to augment our own auric edge.

Class will be limited to 12 participants.

The Space:

The class will take place in the wonderful AnaMorphic Studio of the OT301 complex. This is at the very top of the building, up 4 flights of stairs.

The space has a beautiful bamboo floor, that we will be responsible for maintaining. There will be no chairs in the space, so please bring something comfortable to sit on, like a yoga mat/cushion/blanket. There is plenty of wall space to sit up against, but please come prepared to keep your body comfortable as we will be seated for a majority of the class.

There is a kitchenette in the space where you can store lunch and water bottles (there is a small refrigerator).

*We won't be able to eat or drink in the class space. At any point during the class, you may get up to grab a drink or use the restroom.

Cost:
