I love to solve problems. After decades of pushing my body to extremes through sport, dancing, and computer work, I began to encounter problems that western medicine couldn’t figure out.
Like many practitioners, I found myself on a journey to solve these physical problems that were holding me back from doing what I love. I couldn’t have imagined what the universe had in store for me.
I graduated from massage school in Portland, OR, USA, while simultaneously learning The Berry Method of Corrective Massage®, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.
From an energetic perspective, I was a sceptic. I didn’t follow any paths of spirituality, believe in the “woo-woo” aspect of auras and chakras, or expect much from the energy training I had engaged. Then something absolutely mind-bending happened: I began to feel things that my cognitive brain couldn’t explain.
Once I was able to actually feel these energetic practices, everything shifted. I was driven to embody this knowledge so that I could share it with others. Today, it’s my great joy to pass along these principles to you.
